as both internal and external change agents and OD specialists,
changeinc Ltd has developed a comprehensive and
in-depth training and development portfolio for those working in
this very demanding role.

These programmes are offered as an open programme
4 times per year. We can also offer these as customised in-house
programmes on request.
Recent examples of work we have undertaken:
- Over the last two years we have worked with a
large multi-national charity to train and develop the skills of
people working in internal consultancy roles in their information
services department.
- We have also undertaken similar training programmes
for staff working for a number of bodies in local and national
government and healthcare sectors.
