Recent examples of work we have undertaken:

• Last year we helped an NHS trust in the Midlands to produce a revised structure for the delivery of clinical services as part of their merger programme.
  
  Three workshops were held with senior medical staff and other key stakeholders to identify, discuss and agree the best way to deliver improved patient services in the new merged hospital.
   
• More recently we have helped a large city council to devise a strategy to deal with the proposed changes to the licensing laws in England in collaboration with other key stakeholder groups such as the Police, Fire Service and Social Services.
