Jodi works as an organisational development consultant.
She is a trained organisational psychologist and has many years'
experience working in the field of management and organisational
development within the private and public sectors.
Much of her work focuses on assisting clients to
manage change processes and includes group facilitation, strategic
planning, executive coaching, data collection design and implementation.
She has also helped clients meet their selection,
assessment and management development needs by designing, implementing
and evaluating successful selection methods.
Clients she has worked with include:

- NHS Trusts
conducting staff morale surveys, strategic planning away days,
group facilitation, process mapping;
- overseas health authority
assisting in the review of health care services;
- national Government department
design of management development tools and selection processes;

design of assessment centres.
Before working in organisational development, Jodi
worked in PR and advertising.
Jodi takes a mercenary attitude towards spare time.
She has a legendary passion for all things good in life: good food,
good wine, (preferably red), discovering new cultures (preferably
sunny), and studying the collected works of Jimmy Choo and Miuccia
Prada.
