Dr Di van Ruitenbeek has over twenty years' experience
in the fields of management and organisational development, specialising
in strategic planning, change management, facilitation and team
building.
She has a PhD in organisational psychology and is
a visiting lecturer at Manchester School of Management and Manchester
Business School.
Di's recent consultancy assignments include:
- helping a national public sector agency to conduct
a review of services in Gibraltar;
- helping a city council to develop a set of shared
corporate values; and
- helping a wildlife trust to devise a new strategic
business plan.
Di lives in Bacup Lancashire, a small former mill
town on the Pennine moors, and is a founder member of the Bacup
Consortium, a group dedicated to finding ways to regenerate the
town, through active community involvement and social enterprise.
Her other interests include travel, gardening and
cinema.
