Arndis is a trained organisational psychologist. In
her current role as an organisational consultant, Arndis specialises
in group facilitation, design of data collection methods, qualitative
and quantitative data analysis and helping clients to cope more
effectively with change.
Her recent projects include:
- comprehensive investigations of staff morale
and staff satisfaction in various NHS trusts;
- facilitation of strategic 'away days' for clients;
and
- continual involvement in various data collection
exercises designed to measure the impact of organisational changes.
Arndis works with clients from the public and the
private sector, both in the UK and overseas. She has also conducted
research within multi-national organisations. Before embarking on
her current career as an organisational psychologist, she worked
in mental health and finance.
Arndis has also uncovered the secret of time manipulation,
frequently stretching 24 hours into 32. In her spare time Arndis
runs, practices yoga and raises an active little boy.
Arndis brings an international flavour to changeinc
Ltd: she is from Iceland and has lived and worked in a
number of countries. She is also a self-confessed linguaphile, and
controversially claims conversational ability in at least seven
languages. This claim remains to be tested; speakers of Latin are
welcome to get in touch.
